No sensitive credentials
Never send us passwords, full card numbers or other sensitive credentials by email.
Response times
We usually confirm receipt of your message within three business days and then deal with it as quickly as possible. If it concerns a refund, please submit your request within 14 days of purchase (see the Refund and Withdrawal Policy).
Illegal content? Report it immediately.
If you come across anything illegal, non-consensual, or anything that sexualizes a minor, let us know right away at report@flixsell.com, with a link and a short description. We treat CSAM and NCII as an emergency — we take such content offline immediately and pass the matter on to the competent authorities. If someone is in immediate danger, please call the emergency services first.
